Release: Dynamics Mobile app for Android v.4.25.4 (4.27.1)
We published a maintenance v.4.26.1 which contains urgent fixes and new feature to export pending packets on the device.
We released v.4.25.4 of Dynamics Mobile application for Android to Google Play.
The update will be received from all Android devices with automatic update enabled. Please note that the version will be rolled out incrementally to the markets and it may take several days for the version to become available in each country. What's new in June update:
We no longer support devices with Android v 5.1 or older. Such devices will not receive app updates.
The user has to provide application area(tenant) during deploy, instead of signup code
Ability to assign tenant-specific security policies (requires additional subscription)
Improved user interface of the system screens ( deploy, login, settings and others)
Ability for the users to initiate password change from the mobile app
Ability for the users to change their password after password reset from the administrator
Support for specialized fiscal printing for specific markets
Performance improvements when sending big files
Printer related improvements
Next steps:
If you want to stop the update, you should disable the automatic application update from Google Play for each device
The deploy procedure on Android devices will changed slightly as it will require the user to provide application area ( tenant ) instead of signup code.
The existing (already deployed) apps will not be affected in most cases.
